The nineteenth-century houses have been restored using original materials valuable in compliance with the construction techniques of the area. The beautiful swimming pool is situated on a natural terrace is set in a large park cared for with love and surrounded by acres of woods and olive groves.

The four spacious apartments are elegantly furnished and offer all the comforts of a stately while maintaining the characteristics and the warm atmosphere of a country house. All feature a living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette and private patio.

The small restaurant, reserved for guests, serves traditional Umbrian dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. The homemade pasta, grilled meats, and the products of the precious olive oil all strictly organic. Dinner on the terrace by the pool with wonderful views of the valley, surrounded by a magical atmosphere, it leaves an indelible memory in all our guest.

Easily accessible, just 9 km from the exit of Fabro on the A1, the Poggiolo is an ideal starting point for exploring medieval villages and cities of Umbria and southern Tuscany.
